BPM sounds like 89. Maybe you can ask someone else for confirmation.
I suggeset you to change some hitsound files (soft-hitclap3.mp3, soft-hitfinish.mp3 and so on) to .wav files, according to https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Custom_Sample_Overrides.
and add collaber's id to tags plz

  1. Hitsounds
    All of the map are 50% volume...
    I strongly suggest you to try using various volume settings to fit different parts of the song better. Audible volume changes can help emphasize the atmosphere, which is the main attraction of the song.
    and here's an example of general volume arrangement (based on 60%):
    00:01:863 - to 00:07:577 - : 30% or 35%
    00:07:577 - to 00:41:506 - : 40%
    00:41:863 - to 01:24:720 - : 50% because there's no perfect solution in osu! std to express a new track inserted here, raising volume has some effect at least, or you can remove soft-whistles in 00:07:577 - ~ 00:41:506 - for similar purpose
    01:24:720 - to 01:30:434 - : gradually increase from 50% to 70% or 75% I guess
    01:30:434 - to 01:46:863 - : 40%
    01:41:863 - to 01:47:577 - : 50% to emphasize the chorus
    01:47:577 - to 02:16:149 - : 60%
    and so on for similar places. Since the general idea is to express the different atmosphere of different parts, you don't need to follow the example rigidly if you got different understanding of the song.

    Oh, and some detail modding:
    00:12:756 - drum-whishtle sounds weird here
    01:51:864 (1) - move the clap to 01:52:220 (3) - will be better since the sound on 1 is weaker than 3. This also apply to similar patterns like 03:40:434 (1,2,3,4,5) -
    05:17:577 (1) - add a finish here

  2. Rhythm
    I didn't see the necessity of using triples like 03:44:720 (1,2,3) - or 03:54:006 (3,4,5) - in kiai... Actually kiai don't need any triples imo.
    They sound weird and break the consistency of your general rhythm arrangement. Just remove them may be the best choice.

    Others were fine. detail modding again:
    00:17:577 (1,2) - personally I'd like to shorten 1 and let 2 begin at 00:17:756 - . skipping the drum at 00:17:934 - could give a better emphasis to guitars at 00:17:577 - (I guess you want to emphasize it)
    01:52:934 - using same rhythm as 00:07:220 (3,4,5,6,1) - feels better to me, in order to give the map a better structure

00:35:613 (3,1) - 没包上

01:12:220 (2,3) - 这个我觉得真的不好看啊,也太挤了,而且调到cs7会发现也没包上
01:42:577 (5,6,1) - 我觉得现在这种摆法,5和1两个滑条不一样看着很别扭,要不改成这样?https://puu.sh/wtx0D/d415625630.jpg(不过改了flow都得动所以就提个建议)

01:50:792 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - 我觉得这个pattern比03:39:006 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - 还卡手啊......感觉放在这个位置有点难
03:06:327 (2,3,4) - 我觉得3,4是强音是不是应该这俩之间间距大点
03:37:220 (3,4,1,2) - 05:00:077 (4,5,1,2) - 这块的间距我觉得很迷,34之间那么大然后重音间距又减小了
04:47:042 (2,3,4,1) - 341 flow很正常但是带上这个2怎么都觉得别扭......要不直接2341做一个弧如何

没摸出来多少我太弱了整体我觉得挺好的,这一大堆音量绿线可以的
