i want that sweet halloween version back xD. Can i downgrade it to the last version again after i updated it?

Not here unfortunately, find somewhere else like Google
Or go ask someone who still has it

Anyways, you wouldn't be able to use it much as playing online would just update it again meaning you'd have to replace it every time.
Just wait for the Christmas update. You'll like it more (I'm waiting for it)

Old updates cannot be retrieved. And even if you do decide to keep playing there, eventually online support will be removed, so you can't do anything
The best thing you can do is skinning (change the snow to pumpkins, and use a menu-background (supporter only) and download the song
