If you don't already have it, download .net framework 2.0 here
and download the osu! installer here

Download beatmaps, put all on new PC, ???, fun!

You can install it directly onto a flash drive or something, I believe, and then use it your offline computer

Wait if you don't have internet how could you have

Besides, without internet you can't what makes osu! most appealing:

  1. Chat publically or privately with other users
  2. See who's got the top scores in the world on a specific beatmap
  3. Download updates and skins to make osu! better
  4. Download beatmaps to play on osu! (Unless you enjoy just playing the tutorial map for the rest of your life)
Anyway, I have no way to help you. Peppy doesn't sell this stuff, and I don't think he would come over to some random buffoon's house to install it by hand when he could be programming osu! for the other 511,797 users (Number registered as of posting) and I don't think you would want to go from computer to computer with a flash drive to install 5 beatmaps or so at a time. And if your internet's really slow, I don't think this game's AT ALL for you.

Note: I don't think "T<u • x>T" is going to get us to work harder for some random goon that we don't know.

Well you can basically go to an internet cafe like me and download osu! installer to your flash drive/thumbdrive plus a bunch of songs as well. Go back home and install osu! and put the songs.
