So im spectating a friend, and shes playing a beatmap I dont own.
A notification appears that i dont have the beatmap, so I click it to see if that Downloads it.
It doesnt open the browser like it would in multiplayer.

How do i download beatmaps to spectate, without supporter?

The player needs to be a supporter. Then #spectator links the map.
Otherwise you just need to dl it manually. You can ask the player to /np

Tell your friend to send you the link of the map and download it. If your friend is playing an unsubmitted map, they will need to export it, upload it to a server, send you the link and then import it.
