I'm thinking about getting a tablet for osu but I'm also thinking about streaming osu! and i want to design things for my stream. Would a drawing tablet work?
Also vice versa: If I get the actual osu tablet can i use it to draw?

They are the same. The osu! tablet, albeit not optimal, works for drawing (it's just the same as a drawing tablet) and a drawing tablet is actually what most tablet users use to play the game.
