Since my timing and your timing were kinda off, you have to set the beat snap divisor in Compose to 1/2 before resnapping, or else some objects might be off after resnapping.

I'm pretty sure that this is a rule... The publisher of a mapset needs to have made at least 50% of the amount of difficulties or something. You've only mapped one difficulty, but there are 2 GD's. All you gotta do is map one more (I think). yupyup(???) - I know. I'm currently making a Hard difficulty. actually, i was going to make an extra but i nearly killed myself when i was making it. haha.
