[confirmed] Fast skipping number 3 with TP and DT

Problem Details:
When using TargetPractice and DoubleTime it will skip the number 3 (first number) faster.

I discovered it happening in these maps:

I came to find that it usually happens in maps where it starts early. It appears the countdown is just trying to catch up.

I'll mark this as confirmed now.

From what I know, TP is still in development, and thus has a lot of issues
