I want to ask the question of whether we should draw only on the computer or we can draw Balmersam and colors of wood

I actually feel a little discouraged to send an entry now. My art's rubbish compared to everyone else. ;;~;;
Don't feel discouraged; you have just as good a chance to win than anyone else.

there's a rule saying you cannot take credit for someone else's art, and it's not your own just because you adjusted the colors.

Here is my entry. I originally intended to make a cute entry, but then I decided that since the theme's Halloween I'd try to make it cute and a bit scary/creepy.
(Also, I intend to make another entry when I get the time.)
P.S. Is using own entries from the previous contest allowed? I didn't really want to spend time making them again. If it's not, then please let me know and I'll try to make them again in a different style.

Pumpkin Yuzu walked along the street. It was dark; one would have been scared if they were in his position. But he was not scared. In fact, he was happy. He was on his way home after trick or treating. He had gotten so many candies that his pumpkin bag was full.

A strange sound emanated from an unknown place. Yuzu stopped. What could that have been? He looked around. He could find nothing. The sound, if he were to describe it, sounded like a laugh. Perhaps, it really was a laugh? But why laugh? The reason might have been to scare people. Or it might have been because Yuzu looked funny in his pumpkin costume. And then there it was again. That time, it was clear. It really was a laugh.
Yuzu could feel that something was pounding against his chest. It was his heart, of course. He wasn't scared at first, but of course one would have been really scared if they were the one who heard those laughing sounds.
And so Yuzu ran. He ran as fast as he can. The laughing began again. That time, it did not stop. As Yuzu ran, the laughter became quieter. Until it could no longer be heard. At that point, Yuzu stopped running and walked. He was glad that he finally got away from that person laughing.
But of course, he didn't really get away. The one who made the laughing sounds followed him. Err, rather, he "teleported" to him.
"Hehehehe. He was really scared, wasn't he?" Don said softly, as to not let Yuzu hear him. "Yeah, he was." The one next to him replied. "Well, then, let the haunting begin!" Don announced. "Let us gather more tasty, souls for the feast tonight." the other said.
Oh, that's a candle stylus.

The shading on Pippi's robe was altered when I adjusted the colors and stuff. Not really sure if I should keep the "ruined" shading or change the picture to its original shading style.

This is something that I did after doing my art homework. I was planning on putting more details and water in it (as I used watercolor pencils) but I got lazy and bored. And so, I rushed it, grabbed random colors that weren't present in what I had in mind and then just started coloring in. It looks really ugly, but oh well. My last minute entry (I was planning on scanning it in after I finished it but I got lazy and bored) that took quite a while to make. Happy Halloween, everyone!
