The local ranking displays rank #12 instead of rank#50 which my score ranks. Is there any reason for this?

You all have the same score.
Technically, with your score, you have #12, but as it's first come first serve, the first player with that score gets #12, 2nd gets #13 etc.

You are tied for 12th place as baraatje123 said, but scores are supposed to be sorted by time so it will actually appear further down. Since you appear in 50th and are tied with 12th, the scores in 12th through 50th are also subject to this bug, so don't be shocked if your position starts moving around.
