Practice, and lots of it.

Cant u just search it up on the beatmap listing. beatmapsets?m=3&q=LN%20key%3D7%20star%3C4 something like that

I remember focusing more on acc and getting the movements smooth. I found doing that is more important for LN compared to rice in my experience. Also, I've probably said this a 100 times but, o2jam maps are known for LN. Well, o2jam is more than just LN maps, but when I think LN maps, o2jam inevitably pops up.

Imo, 1.5*-4* range is pretty good for learning the basics of LN. Physical strain is low so you can focus on good execution of pattern and coordinating all the movements comfortably rather than tensing up every time u see an LN(been there, done that, it's counter-productive).
