[technical support] monitor operates at 144hz, changes to 60hz when running osu!

I use an RX 580 and Ryzen 3 3200G and my A27GMF22 monitor runs at 144hz. I know this is not a graphics issue because I am getting fps levels above my refresh rate but my monitor continues to run at 60hz when I open osu! I have FreeSync in my adrenalin software and monitor on and variable refresh rate on windows off. Please help me fix this

which cable has connected on your monitor? HDMI? DP?

Please check your HDMI version if it's over than HDMI 2.0

If you're, please check your adrenaline.

Navigate to the Gaming tab and check the osu! Profile.

Make sure Radeon FreeSync or V-Sync is set to 'Off' or 'Use application settings'

and also make sure any power saving or frame rate target control features are not to set to limit 60 fps.

dont have any powersav ing or frtc enabled but my hdmi is 2.0....
vsync is all off

Find and open the file named osu!.<YourPCUsername>.cfg with Notepad or any text editor and find the line, RefreshRate. If it says 60, please edit it to 144.
