Problem details:
I haven't played OSU in a while and after redownloading it, sometimes it won't load if I leave my computer on overnight. I leave it on because I host a minecraft server. When I click on the shortcut icon it as the blue circle for loading then stops. It doesn't show up in task manager.

It does work tho if I restart my computer.

Is there anything that boots up overnight? Check your task manager for background applications that can interrupt lazer, or maybe try to disable antivirus and then see if it works, also check the firewall settings.

Might be much easier to diagnose whatever issue this is if you check the game logs (button to export them is in settings) and/or windows event viewer for relevant errors.
