I have tried all the other peep's suggestions that i saw when someone had the same problem... i dont get it. doesnt work for me.

If someone would have the patience, please show me, point towards where, step by step. what can i do?

The scorebar colour is @2x and its image size is 1290 x 32

Thanks in advance :3

The [img] tag requires the image to be provided as an embeddable link to the file. Use a hosting like ImgBB. Simply upload your screenshots, open the viewer link, then open the image you want to grab, right click it and select Copy image address or something similar. Then paste the link in-between the [img] tags.

A working example should look like this:

scorebar-colour has a specific coordinate it originates from, so you can't move it past that. You're gonna have to edit your scorebar-bg to align with it.

You can find them on the wiki under the scorebar-colour entry. Remember to double those values for @2x files since they're downscaled by 50% in-game.

Also imgur images will not embed on the forums

Thanks for the wiki. that is a new starting point to look over.

And im making it with asesprite btw.. is that a no go?

As I said in my earlier message, viewer links will not embed and you have to right click the image, open it in a new tab, copy that link, and paste it in-between the img tags

Program does not matter as long as it supports transparency, but using ones that are specifically created with design and/or photo manipulation in mind will make your time much easier. Aseprite is a pixel-art software, so it's kind of out there, but I wouldn't call it optimal.

Your issue is purely related to how skins works. You need to offset the HP bar background to match up with the coordinates shown on the wiki, since that's where scorebar-colour will originate from.

Also. is the size important too? because i saw that the original colour is 1290 x 20
and i made it 1290 x 32. i know i also have to align the scorebar-bg but i wanted to ask that too.

No. The size is purely up to you, and the size listed on the wiki is merely a suggestion.

Ok ok.

Im curious. what programms (that are free cus im broke) could i use instead of asesprite?

Can't say too much here since I work professionally as a designer in adobe software, and all the free programs have massive shortcomings that tick me off way too much.

From the ones I can recommend it would be Figma (meant for web UI design, may be harder to pick up by beginners due to that), and Photopea which is a web-based photoshop clone. For single time purchase I can 100% recommend Affinity Designer which is mostly like photoshop.

Figma & Photopea seem interesting.

Im currently adjusting that Scorebar-bg line mold thingy thats supposed to fit in the colour.

I moved the line to 5 x 16. thats where it gonna stand. I'll see if that works out for me.
if not then i might try the other things

As I said earlier, if you're using scorebar-bg@2x those values need to be doubled
