Qualifier Procedures
🔴Be respectful to other players in your lobby and to your ref. We won’t tolerate staff abuse,
they’re trying their best. Toxic behavior is not welcome.🔵
🔴Lobby list with dates and times will be released Monday after the pool is revealed. If no lobbies work for you, you may request an extra lobby. Up to 15 extra (EX) lobbies will be allowed to be created.🔵
🔴You will get a ping 15 minutes prior to your lobby time and will be pinged again after invites are
sent to you in game. If you do not receive the invite dm the ref in game.🔵
🔴If you are 10 minutes late the lobby will start without and you will need to reschedule to a different lobby.🔵
🔴There are no warmups, and you will play the maps in order as they appear on the main sheet from NM1 -> DT3. 🔵
🔴The referee can enforce timers if you are taking too long.🔵
🔴If you disconnect once during a map you can replay that map at the end of the lobby. If you disconnect more than once you will have to reschedule to a different lobby and the scores from your current lobby will be discarded.🔵
Match Procedures

🔴Warmups are allowed, less than 5 minutes and not in the pool.🔵
🔴Highest roll will decide between pick/ban order. Other player chooses the other option.🔵
Timer Rules
🔴Each pick/ban has a timer of 120 seconds. If the timer runs out and you have
not picked then you forfeit that pick to the opposing player. If you have not banned then
you lose that ban, but the opposing player does not get an extra ban. Preparing your picks and
bans ahead of time will help allow the match to run smoothly.🔵
🔴YOU GET 1 WARNING. If you ban after the timer has run out again it will not
be counted and you lose that ban. If you pick after the timer has run out again it will not be
counted and the opposing player gets to pick instead. (If A loses current pick, the pick order
will be BBABAB instead of ABABAB)🔵
🔴Refs can and will enforce the ready up timers if needed, which is 90 seconds.🔵
🔴Each player is permitted a single 2 min timeout if needed per match.🔵
🔴A timeout will be added to the end of whatever timer there currently is.
Ex: pick timer, ban timer, roster timer etc. YOU CANNOT CALL A TIMEOUT AFTER THE READY UP TIMER HAS ENDED🔵
🔴If during a pick and/or ban timer, you MUST provide the pick/ban before the normal timer ends.
NOT before the timeout ends.🔵
Ban Rules
🔴Cannot double ban except for NM.
This means a single player cannot ban more than 1 map from the same mod pool.🔵
🔴Ban order is ABBA.🔵
🔴An entire mod pool cannot be banned.
This means if there are 2 HDs and a player bans HD1, HD2 cannot be banned.🔵
Pick Rules
🔴Cannot double pick except for NM.
This means a single player cannot pick a map from the same mod pool 2 picks in a row.🔵
Freemod Rules
🔴You have to take a mod. HD, HR, EZ, FL or combinations of these mods.🔵
🔴EZ multipliers will be different for each FM map. There is no FL multiplier.🔵
🔴Tiebreaker is freemod but not forcemod. You can play tiebreaker with NM.🔵
Rescheduling
🔴If a player needs to reschedule, the burden falls on that player to reach out to their opponents to reschedule the match.🔵
🔴Contact your opponents AT LEAST 24 hours prior to match start time to start rescheduling.🔵
🔴There is a SOFT schedule lock on the Friday of the weekend before matches are default scheduled to start, and that Saturday for LB potentials.🔵
🔴All this means is that we can deny a reschedule if it is after this time and we are unable to find a referee to cover the match.🔵
🔴We are going to try and get as many matches streamed as possible, but keep in mind that rescehdules
will potentially mean your match does not get streamed.🔵
🔴We understand that shit happens and things can come up last minute, if there are issues like that that occur, CONTACT THE HOSTS ASAP so that something can potentially be worked out.🔵
🔴We cannot help you if we do not know you need help.🔵
Disconnect Rules
🔴If a player crashes or disconnects in the first 30 seconds, then an abort can be requested by the players.🔵
🔴You must have a valid reason to request an abort. Not doing well at the start of the map is not a reason to call an abort.🔵
🔴If a player does not request an abort, the score at the time of disconnect will be used if possible, or if a player can prove a higher score like in the situation described below, that will be counted instead.🔵
🔴If a player disconnects, but finishes the map and can provide reasonable proof of their score, their score will be counted. (Usually instances of this are caused by internet issues)🔵
🔴There is a limit of 2 aborts per player per match. This limit is specifically in place to prevent abuse of aborts.🔵
