How do you play 200 bpm jack maps

Specifically for jack maps with bpm outside of vibro range (for me speedjack is 185+ bpm). With normal dense chordjack the patterns are straightforward and easy to grasp, I S ranked Anhedonia (also Rose Quartz 1.3 190bpm but that is kinda an exception).

For speedjack maps however, the patterns are much more complex to hit. I've seen handcams of people playing and it seems like they kinda alternate between wristjacking and fingerjacking.

Best example for me is the staircase pattern at the start of The Truth Never Spoken 1.25, I just feel like the pattern can't be hit without wristjacking 191bpm.

from what ive heard almost everyone has given up on hitting 200+bpm jacks normally (even people like liker) id assume you could reach 200bpm by slowly training your fast and slow twitch muscles through explosive training to increase your stamina and speed idk your exact skills (judging from it your probably better than me in jacks at the very least) but you can try rt, or learning extremely fine control to increase your speed

btw are you struggling with speed or stamina in 200 jacks

Honestly I don't even know how I hit 180 jacks that isn't quadhands. I'm struggling with both speed and stamina for anything 190 with medium-high density (something like Impetus 1.1 by Ena) and 200+ light density. I guess that's why most of the stuff I play is like less than 2:30 minutes or have a substantial amount of breaks lmao.

For general skills, I can S rank all delta reform maps (except for Pine Nut) but only in my peak (which happens once every 120398123 years, and only 1-2 skillsets at a time). I used to not practice skillsets other than jacks very often due to heavy mindblock, so my trilling ability is very weak. Because of that the reason for my problems is probably that my finger dexterity is too low anyways.

Also from what I've seen from people they do some kind of manip with very fast jacks.

i dont think its really manip aa im pretty sure manip has to be done on purpose to be considered manip otherwise its just you not being physically capable of hitting the notes accurately (idk please tell me if im wrong). literally all my >90% <92% plays on 6k when im pushing looks like im maniping everything because of how unacuratlly i hit notes

i think to improve, learning wrist up or how to alternate would help alot if youre not already doing it. i personally found wrist up to be free improvement with no losses. something to understand is that since youre probably playing alot of 8 stars improvement is gonna slow alot, especially S ranking shit. personally all i can say is to aim for A ranks on jack maps you can barely physically handle and try to make it not barely physically handleable
