[osu!stable] Osu deleting my downloaded maps

For some reason whenever I download any map with multiple difficulties (ex: maps with multiple speeds) it deletes the easiest version of the song pack, whenever there is a map with only 1 version it deletes the song entirely, I've repaired my folder perm settings, changed different filters, spammed f5, and ran the updater, besides that, I cannot find out what is causing this? (I do have a problematic cpu, the 14900K, but as of right now, it is underclocked to the speed in which it doesent just explode every application or my pc)

Hmm, starting very simple here, did you try repairing osu! yet? Close the game, hold shift key and start osu!, from there click repair osu!. Sometimes that fixes the weirdest issues.

yo thank you for the reply, sorry that Im responding too late, kinda thought nobody would respond lol, I have repaired osu, Ive closed the game a multiple of times, but I can try again

Please try turning off your antivirus temporarily to see if it might be deleting the files.

If the issue continues, close osu! and move osu!.db somewhere else like your desktop (this will also mark all maps as unplayed). The next start will reprocesses all your maps automatically.
