[osu!lazer] Modify the Classic mod to use an ACC system similar to Score V1 (mania)

As for the Classic mod, I believe it's supposed to be a mod that uses Score V1, but aside from the hit judgment, it still feels like it's based on V2.

For example, with long notes (LNs), even if you hold them all the way through and only get 200s (instead of 300s), it doesn't count as a miss. However, the combo increases only at the start and end of the LN, which matches the V2 behavior.

What I especially want to point out is the accuracy (ACC) system—it seems to be the same as V2.

Overall, this mod doesn’t really live up to the name "Classic" it feels more like Score V1.5.

I used Lazer again today for the first time in a while, and I was impressed—over 90% of the things I used to be dissatisfied with have been improved.
If just this one issue were fixed, I might consider making Lazer my main client.

At this rate, I think even Dans like Jinjin's 7k Dan Course and Malody Dan will be negatively affected, so I believe the Classic mod should use the same system as Score V1.
(Though, since Dans were created by the community in the first place, I suppose they'll probably just be left alone...)
