i might say that is kind of impossible
try searching for Eizan Arizawa the creator of this ( t/205453) skin
Or clicking profile picture of her in the forum
(plus those hitcircles are different)

I didn't copy anything from others' skin expect for the sliderball(I forget the creator) and some hitsounds.
Looking almost the same may just be a coincidence.
