My thigh is very sore from a bike fall. Any ways to help?

If it's visibly bruised let it rest, If it's just sore try to do some very light stretches it helps trust.
Normally I used to just wait it out, sitting and relaxing my leg. If it's sore at noon, it gets relatively better by nighttime.
Stop moving for about a year.
