How to perfectly represent map difficulties in forum and map descriptions

⦿ this character can be used to represent a difficulty.
it is a character so it can be coloured and have its size changed. you can take the rgb of a difficulty with inspect element, and turn it into a hex code. then, apply it to the character and make it slightly larger.

star rating can lie about difficulty imo. there is and will never be a perfectly accurate way to classify difficulty into numbers

that's not at all what OP is talking about, though. the point of the post is representing the star-rating-defined colour of a diff in the description of the map, not any other meaning you might read the title of the post with. context is important.

OP: this is neat but you will not have fun with SR algorithm updates xd

i particularly like combining it with gradient text, it looks so epic!

honestly, i think even if you don't keep your descriptions up-to-date, it's still better than every alternative i've seen so far.

what's unfortunate is that there are no such characters for the other game modes, so as soon as you have a non-std diff on your set, you can't really use it.
