Just hit 5 digit and need tips on where to improve

I feel like I've kind of cheated my way to this rank with my top plays and from what I've been playing and have been told that my skill balance is scuffed.

It's probably because of what maps I play, but I have no idea what i should be playing instead, I've just been playing what I find fun for the most part.

Also how beneficial is it to get custom actuation force / rapid trigger for mania?

plau what you find fun but play specific maps you find fun which train your skill. by scuffed sskill balanxe i assume that means youre poor in LN which from my experienxe just learn LN it will help in everythibg since you can focus more on release timing and the actual hitting the note timing which means your MA ratio mmay improve with LN

You need to improve everything no secret just play the game. If you feel like you cheated because you farmed pp on farm maps then ignore that everybody else probably did the same thing. Continue playing maps you like more of course, as you progress you will see what you need to improve. Rapid trigger won't do anything until you hit like top 50 (my opinion) since you won't need to press so fast until you really get to hard (really hard) maps. glhf

Ranking is scuffed just accept that your within the general vicinity and keep having fun

If you wanna change that fun then instead of playing maps with mostly ln switch to ones with high circle counts or get off ranked entirely

I should mention a lot of really amazing rice maps and mappers are on other platforms so try to find them and experience them stuff life quaver is more for ln and etterna for rice interlude is a weird case where you can more just get maps from the other games and ffr i have no idea what ffr has

Rapid trigger is very useful or useless.

imo it has its drawbacks making you a worse player overall but that's not how it works for everyone you sort of have to figure it out for yourself and hope you make the right decision
