Problem details:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When you press the key combination "Ctrl+Shift+S" a dialog box should open where you can increase the distance between selected objects. My editor does not react to this combination in any way, as if I did not press anything. The keyboard itself is fine. Other combinations where similar key combinations are involved, for example: Ctrl+Shift+R, Ctrl+Shift+D, Ctrl+Shift+F, etc. - work, a dialog box appears and everything is ok. The key settings are standard, I did not change anything there. Windows 10 is installed on the system. I tried to reboot the game, reset the key settings, moved the USB keyboard to another slot - nothing helped. I also tried changing the resolution to windowed and full - to no avail. The simplest thing is to reinstall the game and check if the problem persists, but I do not want to download more than 100k cards. I would like to fix the problem without reinstalling the game. I know that you can use this command via the menu at the top - Edit - Stretch, but it is not very convenient if you need to use this command often.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

If you only want to check your issue in a new stable client, you can try to test by installing osu! in a different directory. Please reply here if it still happens.

Hello, I tried to install OSU! in another place on the computer, but the problem remained... Ctrl+Shift+S still doesn't work in the editor.

Can you get a video of you entering the editor, selecting the beatmap you wish to edit, selecting an object, and trying to the shortcut then uploading it to a media sharing website in which we can view?

do you know when this started happening? I just tried it on the most recent version of stable and it is working for me.

I was just able to fix this problem.
In short, the issue was this: I updated the drivers for my AMD video card and the "use key combinations" setting flew off and because of it the driver blocked Ctrl+Shift+S. I just happened to see this setting out of the corner of my eye and thought that it could block the editor pop-up window. I turned this setting back off and everything worked.

Thanks to everyone who helped solve the problem.
