(Help) Uspcaling a music video

I have a potato laptop, so I need help upscaling a music video to use in my beatmap.

Target quality - 1440p/1080p

Hey here is my best attempt to Upscale the music video, the result is pretty bad, using 360p video and upscaling it to 1080p is hard especially for such a abstract video such as this one. If you can find a higher res version of the original video or a less-compressed version I will gladly upscale it again for you!

BTW these are the settings I used to upscale if you are intrested:
Upscaler: Waifu 2x (RealESRGAN-NCNN-Vulkan)
source res: 360p
target res: 1080p
quality preset: Ultra quality
image style: 2D Anime

Thanks for the upscaled video, definitely better than the 360p ver. I will use this if I'm unable to find a better version.

if youre doing this for ranked, i dont think theres an issue with a low quality video as theres nothing you can really do aboutit
