Serious problem with my left hand

there are times when I play mania, my left hand feels very strange, as if my hand does not detect the patterns and I have it bugged, and that makes me play very bad, I feel that every time I move my left hand, my two fingers, the index and middle finger, touch each other when I move them, which does not happen with my right hand, that makes me lose control of my fingers in some very easy patterns. Also when I move my left hand I feel that I am not able to keep my wrist still, I raise it and move it inevitably when I play, causing that I can not play well, while my right hand stays still without moving my wrist, just moving my fingers and leaning on the desk, when I force myself to leave still the wrist of my left hand, I play much worse and I get tired even more.

this affects me some days and not others, but it is happening more and more often, and my left hand seems to get worse instead of better with time.

there are patterns that I used to find very easy, but now that my left hand is getting worse, I see the patterns I used to enjoy doing as a torture, and I have been stuck in PP for many days now.

I don´t know the reason of this, I don't know if this is normal when I am improving in the game.

I think it would help if you either had a video with hand-cam showing how you play or make a rough digital drawing of how your arms tilt/bend towards your keyboard and how your hand and fingers rest on your keyboard and table. Other drawings like expected vs reality help. I find weird developments are usually a sign of coming back after inactivity, nonideal ergonomics, or (rarely) an adaptation to a pattern.
(I personally am having trouble visualizing what's happening, so it'd help me at least. Maybe someone already knows or can visualize it better than me.)

my issue wasn't exactly this, but there are definitely similarities.

Personally, my middle finger couldn't press independently with my index finger, causing odd double taps and uncomfortable movements in my left hand. It was way too flawed. At first, I stopped playing for awhile, but the problem only worsened. Very unfortunate.

I also lift up my left wrist, and honestly, it's not a problem, not at all. There's many people, such as you & I, that can play a mix of wrist down + wrist up. Not sure why, but it's very much possible to play that way. But if it ever starts to hurt your arm, say in sharp pains, you should revise your posture. It's normal to feel strain for wrist up, because you're using more muscles than you would usually for wrist down.

Anyway, I only resolved my tapping issue by switching to ring+index. To me it was very easy to learn, took almost a week or so. But I know that doesn't sound an ideal way to resolve this.

Of course, there's other alternatives, like doing what SwagBoyOnOsu said, or checking out your fingers with a doctor.

i know this wont be a big help but you can try just playing both hands with wrist up in the air. i tried it and immediarely played better on all patterns, literally no practice even on speed which iirc wrist up most worsens. wrist up, for me atleast, is free jack boost

sorry i dont have proper advice, but i thought this would be helpful info since idk maybe your left hand just hates wrist down and wrist up will magically fix it and you play wrist up forever and ever idk
