I'm not great with emotions and social stuff. So I'll just say this. To all my bois, and men, and guys, homies and dudes: take care of yourselves. Life ain't easy for just about anyone. And when the focus is often on more marginalised groups, and less on us The Guys™, it can be easy to feel less cared about and supported and loved. Be there for yourselves. And let your fellow bros know that you care, in your own way. Don't suffer alone if you have people worth leaning on. And if you have to suffer without sharing the load, suffer together with the bois.

Maybe this is a bit cringe. Maybe I could have said this better. But so what? I needed to say this.

lost my friend next to me because we got robbed. and we fought the but they stabbed my friend from the chest and i was knocked tf out.. we went to the hospital real quick, he went through some surgeries but sadly.. he didnt make it.

i was filled with pure hatred and pain to my throat. it caused me CPTSD and anger management issues. shits tough.

mens mental health really matters.. its been hard to live since that day.

whats CPTSD
Complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Typical symptoms of PTSD + additional dissociative symptoms, identity issues, interpersonal issues (i.e. troubles with persuing and maintaining relationships and distortions in how you percieve people/society/the world) and/or emotional issues (persistent feelings of isolation/shame/guilt/hopelessness, poor emotional regulation, etc.). It's associated with repeated/long-term traumas and situations that make oneself feel powerless/betrayed (and is more likely to develop if the trauma occurs at a young age), but not impossible to develop it from just one event or during adulthood.
