My D and J fingies start to fingerlock when there's consecutive notes in that row. It's way worse than how it happens on std.

Is there any Physical warmups I could do to not get any fingerlocks?

I had a similar problem, dunno if it'll work for you but here's what I did. Just find a map around your skill range that has a lot of minijacks (I used beatmapsets/552855#mania/1170730 mostly) and just focus on trying to get minijack doubles/triples into a single fluid movement. Like instead of pressing with your finger quickly 3 times for a triple, try pressing with your finger, then wrist, and then finger again. Or start with wrist etc. find whatevers most comfortable to you.

Anyways I'd play this map basically every session as a warmup and it helped a TON, so I'd def recommend using it or finding smth similar.

I hope this helps, I wasn't sure if minijacks were your issue exactly, it just sounded similar to what I had been dealing w.

This is quite a problem on 7k but on the ring finger and is usually due to a bad warmup and too much tension. When playing try to keep your fingers as light as you can. This is what works best for me.

outerlane trills work, just play those enough

Usually just has to do with a lack of familiarity with the patterns or playing things too out of your comfort zone, given you're quite new this is normal and it goes away over time just by playing

While I don't think it's a physical issue, I would still recommend doing hand/forearm exercises to warm up/stretch before and during your sessions to prevent any injuries in the long run and improve performance, if you've discomfort in other areas of your body while playing then I'd also recommend stretching/warming up those, elbows and shoulders being also common examples

Yeah it was mini, chord jacks. It's still hella tiring though.
