Hi guys, this will be the format for the tournament:
lower scale (2 tiers, 3 weeks only)
1st tier: open rank
2nd tier: 25k - infinite
(must be finalized in a week since assignment (includes hs)) (louis' request)
Custom maps have been completely abolished since day 1 sorry to say mates

quals: 4/2/2/3 - Tier1 6.6* / Tier2 5.8*
stage 1: 5/2/2/3/1 - Tier1 6.5* / Tier2 5.7*
stage 2: 5/3/3/3/1 - Tier1 7.0* / Tier2 6.3*

Tier 2:
1st Place -> RM45
