your ratio is not this bad, pretty normal i would say for your level.
to improve, try changing skins or play low star maps for 100% accuracy. hitting 300g is kind of hard, but you can get used to it, if you play to the music. its a rhythm game after all

Aiming for 95%+ with HR might help a bit.

Also, play more easy/moderate maps for a bitto develop better acc. Aim for something like 98%+ nomod, and if thats too easy then 99%+.

some of the scores are actually ok icl but idk how hard these are for you but some of them if you are trying hard then theyre fine

if its something youd say is easy then to improve acc firstly id suggest osu lazer (or scorev2 i think that makes perfects give not 100%) as making only flawless give 100% alrrady trains you to try hit notes in that window. for me hardrock doesn't really help but may for you. i found that playing easier stuff which you can 98% is good for building acc, you wanna 98% it but its not like super easy you gotta put effort in to hit accurately. to measure performance in these attempts focus on MA and PA since any other judgment should be treated as just a mistakr

advice link ill always give lol copy paste link i have for improvement

HR will help just a bit. if you want to ease into it, play cj files for a bit will help.

I would recommend playing FL for reading as well. pattern recognition.
It will probably take an hour or two to get the hang of it. lower your scroll speed for it ofc.

Can't say it's a need though.
oh yeah, when playing LN maps, I think ScoreV2 would be better to play on. gauge your hit and release timings.

The scores you sent are all on hard maps even for top players to acc, keep that in mind. In any case, good acc/ratio can only be argued on maps you can confortably play to the point of SS'ing or fc'ing. If you want good accuracy you have to grind it from the bottom and increase star rating as you go.
