Problem details: lazer crashed while importing maps from stable windows version. afterwards running lazer from the application launcher doesn't open any windows. running the latest appimage in terminal gives Bus error (core dumped).

logs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HTEjuNPIfDzNU0R9WNwyNAm40ziXq4MW/view?usp=sharing

osu! version: latest lazer. I assume that's 2025.321.0

There's not really much to work with in the logs attached... Most of them look either normal, or are just... not there? (there's no other logs than nauth.log from today which is not supposed to happen)

Can you check if there's anything in dmesg or journalctl that may look vaguely relevant to the game dying?

I will look at them more thoroughly as soon as/if it crashes or stops opening again.

I've found that changing the dir in "storage.ini" from "/home/username/.local/share/osu/" made lazer open again.

I had a custom dir because my os is on an ssd, but osu is on an hdd, and I don't want to copy the maps to my ssd. So I set the lazer dir in the same partition as the stable osu installation to avoid copying.

Maybe something went wrong in the other directory while importing? I was using the same directory for lazer on windows and linux btw, trying to avoid the importing process, but that didn't work.

Here are some lines I'm not sure if they're related to the problem from journalctl:

you had your game files on an NTFS drive that for whatever reason stopped being read correctly leading to these issues.

I can't really say how to fix that issue though because that's probably deeply dependent on your particular linux configuration. You might have to look into that one yourself I'm afraid.
