"By the like" do you also mean any VPNs? Do you have any antivirus configurations that may be accidently blocking osu!?

Within one of your logs it says that it logged that you tried running the game as an administrator, is this true? Was this before or after the failed connections happened previously

Whatever is behind this is going to be the issue:

Unfortunately, as clearly visible, the logging here is defective and not logging anything of use. So we may need to fix the logging first here before proceeding with further diagnosis because after trying a few things I can't see any other avenue of exploration here right now...

While I've done a change to hopefully improve the logging (https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/32604), I've also missed that the log contains some of these:

2025-03-26 18:58:31 [verbose]: OnlineMultiplayerClient connect attempt failed: The remote party closed the WebSocket connection without completing the close handshake.. Next attempt in 26 seconds.
2025-03-26 18:58:31 [verbose]: OnlineMetadataClient connect attempt failed: An error occurred while sending the request.. Next attempt in 23 seconds.

which could indicate general networking issues / failures to communicate with the spectator server. Are you able to see if things work better on another network?

Vpn and antivirus are disabled, there is no difference on whose behalf the osu is running.
The problem is present in any Internet network
Maps are downloaded normally, even playlists are opened, only the multiplayer lobby is not available.

It appears that something or other is completely black holing requests from the game to multiplayer:

2025-03-26 16:19:05 [verbose]: OnlineMultiplayerClient connecting...
2025-03-26 16:19:05 [verbose]: SpectatorClient connecting...
2025-03-26 16:19:05 [verbose]: OnlineMetadataClient connecting...

followed by no confirmation of connection, or even

2025-03-26 16:21:14 [verbose]: OnlineMetadataClient connect attempt failed: An error occurred while sending the request.. Next attempt in 5 seconds.

Not sure how we can diagnose this further, it'd probably take something like full network traffic dumps to do so. If you're willing I outlined what that would entail to another user previously in community/forums/topics/2031273?n=4

Unfortunately I cannot rule out that this issue is in some way specific to your geographic location (through no fault of ours).

Ты это исправил? У меня сейчас точно такая же проблема, первым делом перестал вообще заходит с роутера(без разницы с впн или без) но с телефонного работало хорошо, а щас вообще не пашет. Буду очень рад если ответишь

Попробуй ВКЛЮЧИТЬ Впн, мне помогло
