The wiki is a place full of outdated articles, missing links and unnecessary walls of texts.
While envisioned as the first stop for information around osu!, it has turned into a graveyard.
People have discussed as to why this happened numerous times, but the fact that the wiki is in a terrible state has not changed to this day. Now, it is probably impossible to fix the entire wiki due to it's size and comparably small amount of contributers that are obviously all busy with their own lives.
HOWEVER, IMPORTANT ARTICLES HAVE TO STAY UP TO DATE.
osu! has a massive amount of misinformation going around in the community due to people having no valid source of information, aka a good wiki. Now sure, they could try to figure out members of the teams and then DM them each time they want to know something, but that's not something that anybody looks forward to.
So I propose the following:
Oh also, if you want to contribute to the osu! wiki yourself, you can easily do that with the help of this guide by our beloved pishifat. You don't even need any programming knowledge for this at all. It wouldn't hurt to join the official osu! Discord server while you are at it.

So I propose the following:
- Teams need to keep their own wiki page up to date. For example, the Project Loved team would need to add the fact that there are currently 2 maps for the category "Popular Playcounts" during each voting, rules and guidelines changes, adding information about the Project Loved website etc. .
- This also means that teams have to add their own wiki page. For example, when I was still in the osu! discord server, Azer had put something about the osu! sound team (or something like that) in his discription. There is literally zero information about that and a ton of other behind the scene things on the internet, which is obviously not good.
- Stricter rules/ a template for those teams' wiki pages, something like this:
- What the team does
- About the website (if they have one)
- Where to ask questions/ give feedback to the team
- Recruitment
- Current members
