I’d say buy:
The CTL-472 for a cheap but high quality feel + responsive
The Gaomon M10K for + 4 buttons
The Gaomon S620 for the cheapest ok tablet ever
The Gaomon M106K for 28 keys
None of them are “made for osu!” they are still drawing tablets

any of them from a reputable brand really, but there's not much reason to go too high up in price.
you can get them directly from wacom here(you might have to scroll down) for about $40-60USD, you could also check places like ebay or amazon, ebay has both sizes for about $20 cheaper as im writing this postKierteiyu wrote:

a medium or large used tablet, small is meh for drawing. wacom pro m/l models or ctl/cth 672/680
