Hello, today me with friends decided to host small tornament for beginners to improve interest in the game and just for fun, without any prices and formalities, we just wanna play more xD.

Some rules:

Format: 1v1, Team VS.
Tournament bracket: Double elimination.
Version: Lazer.
player must be joinet to Discord server.
Player must have less than 1100pp, or 1000 pp if him top score is increasing 60pp.
Tournament Timezone is UTC + 0.

About Maps:

Tournament averrage SR will be:

Qualifiers : 3,50
Ro32 will be added based on count of members : 2,80
Ro16 : 3,00
Quarterfinals : 3,20
Semifinals : 3,50
Finals : 3,70
Grand Finals : 4,00

About mappool:

Qualifiers: 4 NM | 2 HD | 2 HR | 2 DT (10 maps)
Ro32: 4 NM | 2 HD | 2 HR | 2 DT | 2 FM | TB (13 maps : Best of 7) - 1 Ban
Ro16: 4 NM | 2 HD | 2 HR | 2 DT | 2 FM | TB (13 maps : Best of 7) - 1 Ban
Quarterfinals: 4 NM | 2 HD | 2 HR | 3 DT | 3 FM | TB (15 maps : Best of 9) - 1 Ban
Semifinals: 4 NM | 2 HD | 2 HR | 3 DT | 3 FM | TB (15 maps : Best of 9) - 1 Ban
Finals: 5 NM | 3 HD | 3 HR | 4 DT | 4 FM | TB (20 maps : Best of 11) - 2 Bans

Tournament dates:

Reistration open to January 17th 2025
Screening: 18-19 January
Qalifiers: 25-26 January
Ro32: 1-2 February
Ro16: 8-9 February
Quarterfinals: 15-16 February
Semifinals: 22-23 February
Finals: 1-2 March
Grand Finals: 8-9 March

Important: If players won't be enought to play Ro32 on these days we will do Special Event for all registered Players on the occasion of the Chinese New Year. About event details we'll inform you some later.

Hello! I see you're making a beginner tournament - I'm doing kind of the same thing. Some tips:

Create a Discord server. This will make it much easier to organize and inform players and staff.
Write rules for the tournament. This makes it clear to players what they have to do.
Organize signups via a Google Form (or a Discord server channel, or even this forum post). This is much easier to keep track of than scattered private messages.

If your joke is less funny than it is offensive, it's probably not worth telling.

,but i play 3* mainly)
