General
- This tournament is for all players but NY and non-NY players will be placed in separate pools.
- THE TOURNAMENT IS USING BWS FOR SUIJI TIERS
- NY players will start from a draft where they choose from the NY pool. This results in 3 NY players per team.
- The Suiji will be split by 5 tiers.
- International players will then finish the team in a suiji which will be 5 people from the suiji pool. This completes the team at 8 players.
- Tournament will be held in a 4v4 format.
- Tournament will be a Team VS ScoreV2 tournament with a double-elimination bracket.
- The pools WILL be gimmicky. This is not particular to the maps but to the overall pool theme.
- Do not expect the pool to follow a balance each week.
- The tournament will begin in Quarterfinals/Ro16. Depending on signups.
- All players must join the Discord server and change their nickname to their osu! IGN.
- There will be no official streams. (Pending)
- The tournament may go for badge if we have 48 NY players in the sign up. (which means a Ro16 Start)
Match Procedures
- Every map must have at least 1 NY player from each team at all times. You may keep the same person if you so wish but 1 NY player must be present.
- All maps will be played with NF enforced and ScoreV2.
- The match referee will invite the team captain at least 5 minutes before the match.
- Team captains will be sent invites to the lobby. It is the team captain's responsibility to invite the rest of their team.
- If a team does not have four players present in the lobby 5 minutes after the match time, they lose ALL their bans.
- If a team does not have four players present in the lobby 10 minutes after the match time, they FORFEIT the match.
- NO Warmups will be allowed.
- The referee will ask team captains to roll after the captains are in the lobby. This role must be delegated off BEFORE the match start if the team decides to do so. The referee will NOT take rolls from other players if the role isn't delegated before match time.
- The roll winner will get to have the second pick and first ban.
- Teams will have 90 seconds each for bans, picks, and roster changes.
• If a team does not ban a map after the 90 second timer, they will lose that ban.
• If a team does not pick a map after the 90 second timer, the pick will go to the other team with no change to the pick order.
• If a team does not have 4 players ready at the end of the 90 second timer after a map has been picked, the referee has the right to force start the map with an !mp start command. - If a player disconnects from the match during the first minute of a map, that map will be replayed. This can only happen once per team per match.
EACH ROUND GIMMICK
Round of 16: !roll 3 Variant
The pool is a !roll 3 variant gimmick! This time however, the rules for picking are different.
This round is Bo13 with 2 SLOT bans.
ABBA format for bans.
Freemod rules stays the same.
NO double picking. Team A or B may not pick the same SLOT.
Once a SLOT is chosen the slot is unpickable for the rest of the match.
Once a team decides a SLOT the other team picks the ID.
TB is decided in a Bo3 of the 3 TB maps with C going first.

0.5 Incremenet Pool 0 > 10 stars.
Highest Ranked New Yorker has a map cap of 6 maps. This includes maps they are forced in.
If the team cannot field enough players due to the gimmick the map will NOT be picked and another one should be given by the same team.
This round is Bo11 with ONE Bans

Friend and Girlfriend
Same song in both pools but one is more special and iconic.
Bo13 with TWO bans.
The slots you choose in Friends will NOT be able to be chosen by your team in Girlfriends. So if your team chooses HR1 you won't be able to pick HR1 in Girlfriends. However, your opponent may choose to pick it as long as they haven't picked it.
Losers bracket finalists picks will be chosen from your SECOND match.
Bo13 with TWO bans.
The slots you choose in Friends will NOT be able to be chosen by your team in Girlfriends. So if your team chooses HR1 you won't be able to pick HR1 in Girlfriends. However, your opponent may choose to pick it as long as they haven't picked it.
Losers bracket finalists picks will be chosen from your SECOND match.
