- The tournament format is 1v1.
- ScoreV2 will be used, with No Fail enforced on all maps.
- The Forced Mod category is a new addition to the pool with limited slots, only a maximum of 2 ever being in a pool at a single time. With this mod bracket, the player who chooses the map may select HD or HR, with the opposing player being forced to use the same mod.
- The tournament will use qualifiers to determine seeding, followed directly by a double elimination bracket.
- The minimum required pp to enter is 5,000.
- All participants are required to join our discord server.
- Referees, Streamers, and Commentators will be allowed to participate in the tournament, while all other staff roles are not. If you are a player, you will not be allowed to referee until you are eliminated or withdraw from the tournament.
- All listed times will be posted in UTC+0.
- Your account will be screened by support in order to ensure the integrity and validity of the tournament
- Participants will be hidden by staff until qualifier results are announced. Players may reveal themselves if they wish, and this will have no bearing on any tournament details.
- No warmups will be played to ensure a prompt beginning and end of each match.
- Each player will have 1 ban to use on any non-tiebreaker map.
- To determine pick order, both players will use the !roll command. The winner of the roll will be able to choose the order of picks or the order of bans, with the loser choosing the remaining order. You cannot forfeit a ban.
- Players will have 60 seconds to submit any picks or bans, with one timeout being granted for an additional 60 seconds. In the event of a tiebreaker, both players will have 2 minutes to ready up instead, without the opportunity to use a timeout.
- You cannot use your pick to choose from the same mod bracket twice in a row.
- In the event of a disconnect, it will be considered a point forfeit unless the match history link can provide proof of a submitted score.
- Disconnects in the first 5 seconds of a map can be remade once per match.
- All ties will be replayed until a winner can be decided. In the event of two consecutive ties, the player who selected the map originally will be allowed to make a new pick without adherence to pick restrictions.
- In the event of a disconnect lasting more than 5 minutes your opponent can choose to take 1 map win for every further 1 minute disconnected.
- Players have up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of their match before their opponent receives a win by default.
- Players will be able to sign up for qualifier lobbies as they are available in the discord by posting in that lobby time's thread.
- If a lobby time cannot be found for you, the initiative is on the player to contact Ascendance or a Referee to schedule a time where a qualifier lobby can be overseen.
- The mappool will be played in listing order twice, with the best scores being submitted. You are not required to stay for both runs.
