Remove .osb file in your song folder, it's for storyboard and you don't have any, so you don't need it.
Add milktub to tags, they composed the music for DEARDROPS
Capitalize source? The logo (?) for it looks like it's all capital letters
Add ディアドロップス and Dear Drops on tag for the other possible way to write it.

Since you updated while I was modding, some of these things might not apply anymore.
The flows are nice. I think if you improve the visual side more, the map is going to play perfectly fine. Huge improvement from your first map :). I'm going to put some very opinionated mods to try polishing your patterns my way, feel free to ignore any/all of them.

00:03:733 (3) - I suggest something like this:
Assuming you wanted to kind of reverse the flow from the previous slider, this shape blankets 00:03:077 (2) and mirrors the flow better, while not moving the head to preserve the flow from 00:03:077 (2) to 00:03:733 (3).

The code for that slider, you might need to tweek it a little bit to blanket nicer

00:04:389 (4) - Move this to (220,270). It makes smooth curve from the previous slider 00:03:733 (3).
The new slider shows the curve 00:03:733 (3) is making. By placing the note at the coordinate, it keeps the curve 00:03:733 (3) created. I would also rotate this about -30 so it conserves the curve a bit more, but it'll change the map a bit too much. Don't forget to adjust 00:04:881 (5) after you're done with it :)

00:05:044 (1) - Try blanketing 00:04:389 (4,5) better like I did on 00:03:733 (3).

00:05:700 (2) - Copy 00:05:044 (1) and ctrl+H? The mirror looks better imo.

00:11:602 (1,2,3,4,5) - I suggest lowering the jumps in these notes, not impossible but a bit too big. Press ctrl+shift+s while the notes are highlighted to call the scale option and adjust the parameter until you find something comfortable. The scale will shorten the sliders so adjust all sliders afterwards. I recommend scaling it down to around .7x-.8x, but you choose

00:23:733 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - These can be made more smooth (? x_x). You should do the slider thing I'm doing, it really helps for making a smooth curve.
The coordinates that fit inside the big slider is, starting from 00:23:897 (3); (399,297), (399,297), (114,271), no change for 00:24:881 (6), and (77,48).

00:27:176 (7) - Blanket 00:27:012 (6)? Looks better imo. To blanket, scroll around on timeline until you find an approach rate perfect size for blanketing, and trace the approach circle with the slider you want to blanket with. At least that's how I blanket.

00:29:471 (4,5,6) - Move all notes to (63,329) for more curve from 00:29:143 (3) + blanket with 00:29:635 (5). I also suggest moving 00:28:979 (2) to the exact same spot as 00:29:799 (6), as moving 00:29:799 (6) will break the constant spacing between these 3 notes, and though it won't be obvious when playing, the halfway overlap made by 00:28:979 (2) looks ugly. If you do that, rotate 00:28:487 (1) so it points to the circle 00:28:979 (2) again. Stacking notes is great way to make your map look neater.

00:31:110 (1) - Just copy 00:30:782 (9) and ctrl+H? The copied sliders usually match perfectly with each other and I recommend doing that if you're going to make a similar slider anyway. Just like what you did with 00:27:667 (8,9).

00:32:749 (6) - >.>, I would avoid the heavy curving of the slider. Lower the red point further into the slider and lessen the curve to something like this
This is just me complaining because I really dislike heavy curves.
Also stack with 00:32:094 (4) more properly, it was slightly off even with the original shape.

00:36:520 (1) - I really like this slider, catches the flow from 00:36:192 (3) very well. I would move it to (86,79) though. This way, the sliders' end match.

00:39:962 (5) - Stack with 00:39:471 (3) :(

00:42:421 (2) - Nazi, (375,252) for same y coordinate with 00:42:094 (9). Though I feel like the stack leniency will break the symmetry. Also 00:42:585 (3) to (335,161) for more symmetry.

00:43:077 (5) - Move it to blanket 00:42:258 (1). It both looks better and flows better being here imo

00:44:389 (6) - Move this to (407,357) to go with the zigzag. You can blanket here too, but I personally think not blanketing is better in this case. Blanket gives you a more circular feel and you want this slider to point to the left, not circle around 00:44:225 (5).

00:45:372 (1) - Stack with 00:43:733 (1)

00:47:831 (7) - I think this would look nicer if it blanketed.

00:50:126 (4) - Since you go back to the original curve, why set the circle to the side like this? It breaks the flow

No positioning mod for the kiai parts because it's completely different from what I would map (I'm more of a pattern>flow person) and I really have no idea how to mod these kind of maps..

00:54:881 (1) - Blanket?

00:55:536 (3) - Those white points
Place the red point in the middle and you can curve the slider better
I don't really like these sliders though, they're too short to be curved imo. Now its path is so unclear and weird

00:56:684 (7) - Same thing here, though not as bad as before.

00:57:176 (9,10) - ctrl+g while highlighting these 2. The direction change from clockwise to counter clockwise was a bit too sudden imo. This way, the order is swapped and keeps the clockwise flow and also does that cross flow which feels really good to play.

00:57:503 (1) - I don't really like the slight overlap here :/. Maybe something like this is a better idea
(175,94), 21 degree rotation. Creates blanket and also softens the sharp angle turning you have here

00:59:307 (2,3,4) - Move it so that it blankets with 00:58:651 (5), looks nicer imo
