Hello!
I was playing this beatmap: https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/677104#osu/1432041 (sorry, I'm not sure how linking works)
I took a look at the leaderboard and noticed that there are just two HDHR scores, and the rest of the modded scores are just HD or HR, then nomod onwards.
I'm really confused as to why the leaderboard is like this. It strikes me as a map that most professionals could do with mods, but the majority of the top scores on this map are nomod. What exactly makes this map so hard? I'm no expert nor am I super skilled, I just genuinely can't comprehend why this might be the case (I would have never imagined myself actually taking the effort to go out of my way to make an osu! forum post, yet here I am; this is how confused I am).
Is it because of the map length? - Most professionals have a lot of stamina don't they?
Is it because of the bpm? - Isn't 216 a standard BPM streaming skill?
Consistency? Nerves? Low AR???
Any explanations/analyses of the map's contents would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
