So, Im getting a tablet soon, and its probably gonna be the CTL-460, but I can still change my mind, I want to know what you would recommend, what you use, whats the difference between this tablets, and point out their minuses. Thank you in advance!~

For playing they're basically the same thing, but if you are also using it to paint I would recommend the CTH-470.

What about pen recognition? Whats the distance on both of them???

I think the distance is the same, about 1cm.
Newer tends to be better. In most parts of the world, 460 and 470 are already discounted. So get them only if they are avaliable in your country for cheaper then the newer ones. (or if you like them more for some pecliar reason)
Go for whatever's cheaper. They're practically the same tablet, and they use the same drivers. The only differences are the physical appearance, and the feel of the pen. (The CTH-470 also has hotkey buttons and a multitouch feature, but neither are features you'll use for playing osu!).
