People are restricted for a reason. If they believe their restriction is a mistake they should contact osu!team via accounts@ppy.sh (see account restriction wiki page for more info). Making threads about is not going to affect the restriction and gives ground for discourse and undesired content. If you really must talk about them, talk about them elsewhere and not on official osu! sites.
