Problem details:
Input latency randomly spikes pretty high and a lot of frames skip every 1 and a half minute or so, sometimes osu! doesn't launch at all and crashes my pc and breaks some other shit until i restart (for example: LCD screen on my AIO pump turns black) on launch or alt tab.
