This is locky.
Locky loved OT. he visited it disguised in Rigbys' account when he didn't see it. One day, locky decided to do his first thread. Turns out that Rigby caught him.
- What are you doing stupid! You'll get me exiled!- And showed locky his shameful thread called "when you, when you post cringe"
Locky got sad since he got sad to think that he would never imagine a good idea of a thread to post, and therefore, he would be a perma dweller, unlike his bunny plushie father Rigbyuis.
He was so sad he scrolled down to page 2.
Locky then saw it (not 727)

he found gold. he seemed like a man with nothing to lose and therefore nothing to risk.
he also saw some yoony1 silly threads.
Rigbyuis watched close, hiding to not get caught. What he concluded was that his cat son-mascot, locky, discovered the scyla goofy thread philosophy. agreeing with locky after getting out, first he posted these words:

while writing It, locky said that he wanted to do another thread. Rigbyuis got surprised and thought:
"Wow, he doesn't have so much pressure on him when he creates a thread! He even ignores the 24h rule! I should follow his philosophy, accomplishing the rule, obviously."
So then he wrote:
