How precise do you feel with your thumb? I play trackpad with my index with my thumb resting on the front side of my laptop to have more control. Thumb to aim feels less precise but I suppose it's a practice question 
This is some of the craziest gameplay I have ever seen, good job on taming the uncontrollable beast that a touchpad can often be.
