Overview:
⚓ Welcome to The Tourney Hug Cup. This is a Double Elimination, 2v2 Team Size 4 Tournament, for the range of 10k-70k.
⚓All the players have to be in the discord until they are eliminated.
⚓Referees, Streamers and Commentators are allowed to play in the tournament. The other staffs are not allowed to. If you want to join as a referee, streamer or commentator, ping @-Manten-#9784 in the server.
⚓ If staff team determines a team to be potentially too powerful / unfair, we keep the right to disband it. Players will be shown as free agents if this happens.
⚓BWS will be used for screening.

Rules
⚓ Every player must be in the discord during their whole run.
⚓ Any behaviour to the staff will lead to disqualification, without a warning.
⚓ Qualifiers Procedure :
The captain of each team will be pinged in discord 10 minutes before the qualifiers lobby, and will be invited 5 minutes before the lobby starts.
The captain will have to invite his teammates to the room. All the maps will be run from NM1 to DT2, with 2 players per team.

Disconnecting procedure for qualifiers:
⚓ if a player gets disconnected before 1/4th of the map or 30 seconds, the map will be replayed at the end of the lobby if the player gets disconnected after 1/4th or 30 secs of the map,
the map will not be replayed.

Match procedures: Round of 32 onwards
⚓ The referee will create a lobby for players. Players have to respond to their pings and join the room on time. Before starting, please check if the referee has set the room to Scorev2, HeadToHead.
⚓ Players are allowed a warmup of their choice (shorter than 4:00). They can skip warmups if they wish to.
⚓ After warmups are finished, players will roll to decide ban/pick order. The winner will get to choose between First Ban - Second Pick or Second Ban - First Pick.
⚓ Depending on the stage, players will have 1 or 2 bans. In that case, ban order will be ABBA.
⚓ Double ban and double pick are not allowed for all mods.
⚓ For Freemods, one mod is required per player, either HR, HDHR, FLHR for the first player, HD, EZ, EZHD, FL, FLHD for the second player. EZ will have a 1.8x multiplier. FL will have a 2x multiplier.
⚓ NF will be enforced for all maps.
⚓ Tiebreakers will be played with Freemod, with no restrictions.
⚓ Players will be given 120 seconds to pick a map and an additional 90 seconds to get ready.

1. If a player doesn’t pick a map before the (120 second) timer, the referee will ask for a pick. If this repeats (3 or more), that player will: Lose their pick, the opponent will get a point and have the next pick.
2. When the (90 second) timer is up, referee will do !mp start 10 and start the match.

⚓ If problems occur in the first 30 seconds, the referee will abort the match. That player will have 10 minutes to return to the room and get ready.

1. If that player does not return after 5 minutes (or does not respond to pings), that player will lose their pick.
2. If that player does not return after 10 minutes (or does not respond to pings) then it will count as FF.

⚓ In the event of multiple disconnections (3 instances or more) or suspected foul play, the referee has to contact an admin to assess the situation immediately.
