I have problem with random maps that just don't want me to rank anything on them- even when SS'ing them(mods/nomod) I'm just getting "fail" right at the end of the map.
so far I've noticed this on 2 maps and I'm able to reproduce it EVERY TIME(in solo):

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20131113.2 (latest)

Looks like a good info for this issue to be resolved.
Since its on solo, I guess failing and reviving on multi is not causing it.

I also should add that this also happened on multi (owc match to be specific) and i got marked as failed(in game) because of this bug - on mp page I wasn't marked as failed but score still didn't get submitted http://puu.sh/5pWRK.png

F5 - still happening
I can't even pass them with nofail on.
Getting stuck there:

Might as well bump it.
(checked just now on osu!test multi- still happens)

Looking at your combo, that looks interesting. Everyone having 168/169 and you have 170. Could that be the reason maybe? :o

Yes, it's definitely a bug with combo amount. It's possible that you somehow managed to get an extra combo and the game thought you were cheating and made the number higher than normal. It happened to me too as you can see in this video at the end.

I got an 813 combo when the regular amount is 812. I didn't realize this until I watched the video again and made the comparison.

There's simply no way we can confirm this behavior. Not sure if I should just confirm anyways. Something is obviously wrong.

Edit: t/145370 looks like someone already did. I don't think we need this thread anymore.

Piotrekol get extra combo count right when "fail" struck him, which is weird.
