First off, the timing is incorrect, I found:
Offset:5,542
BPM: 146
The beats seemed pretty close to what they should have been, so it shouldn't be too hard to resnap them all to their correct positions.
The beatspacing itself is pretty inconsistent, use alt-snapping to get an idea of how far apart to place your beats, after you do that and re-upload, I'll look at this again.
