Problem details:
I bought the osu supporter and i am happy to download ingame without the browser thing, but... i live on Brazil, when i want to play on multiplayer the download is so slow that, for example, at the 3th map in multiplayer i did the 1th map. Its been a little problem with that so i want to stop downloading in osu!direct and i didn't find where i do that, so im searching for help here.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: Stable 20220829

Disable "Automatically start osu!direct downloads" in the options menu. Downloads from the website probably won't be much faster though.

i tried that and it just don't auto-download but it still download from direct.

And trust me, its many time faster for my location, the direct download at the speed of 10kb/s or something like that

It will still open the direct panel when you click on a map, but you can click on "View listing" to open the beatmap listing on the website.

it seems crazy to say that the browser download is faster than osu!direct, but only those who live in Brazil know how it is

It doesn't make sense regardless of the country you're in because osu!direct and the website should be downloading beatmaps from the same place. Maybe you're getting routed to some weird mirror or something, who knows.

I don't know anything about this but what i do know is that the download in direct, operaGX and download manager are different...
The direct download fast sometimes but in the most of the time is slow;
The OperaGX has a pretty fast download;
And the manager as fast as the opera, or even faster.
