Good maps to practice streaming on.

Hi guys.

Have been playing this game for a while now, and It's gotten to the point where I can't move my gameplay forward anymore. I'll pick a map that's pretty challenging, and maybe do OK on the non-stream segments on it but as soon as the stream hits I'm gone.

It's become pretty clear that if I want to get any better at this game, I need to start being able to stream. I can't enter a stream properly, I can't trace a stream properly, and I can't keep the right speed for anything longer than short bursts.. And as such I've decided I'm going to play more or less nothing but streams until I am able to do them at a reasonable level.

So to people who have done any kind of streaming training, what are some good stream heavy maps that someone who wants to learn how to stream from the ground up should play? I have a lot of stream heavy maps but they're all way too hard for someone who can't stream. I have some long stream practice maps where it's just monotonous tracing for minutes, which helps build endurance and ability to keep rhythm, but not much else.

Any stream-heavy maps of around 170BMP would be greatly appreciated.

This is post that I had in one of my threads when I wanted to practice to stream.

If very short "streams" (3-9) are ok too:

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/49568 174 bpm, has some streams too

These are really great maps that don't consist of only one large deathstream. If you want to truly start from ground up, I would recommend starting lower than 170bpm.

If you struggle to do short streams, jumping straight into deathstreaming isn't the greatest idea. I would really just recommend just playing any insane that has some sort of stream in it and just get the basic movements down before moving into deathstreams.

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/20125 178 - 185 bpm (i believe it changes, dunno though. amazing stamina builder)
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/274276&m=0 175 bpm a couple deathstreams (insane and LC are both good but LC is all around harder to FC aside from the streams)

Also a bit of advice that helped me improve greatly: work on your speed and stamina at the same time. Eiji Kuinbii is very good for learning to keep your speed, especially if you're only able to stream around 170 bpm currently. if you end up getting tired by the end of that map, then that means you need to work on your stamina. play it a lot until you can do it without feeling tired whatsoever. also don't be afraid to do higher bpm stacks than what you can stream. I can only stream around 180-190 bpm, but I can do 240 bpm stacks and 220 bpm short streams (5-10 notes). the more stamina you have streaming lower bpms for longer, the more fast you can do short streams and stacks generally.

obviously your mileage may vary and this is purely anecdotal

I'm not necessarily looking for death streams, just maps that contain a lot of streams so I can focus on streaming.
