i usually play osu 4 - 8 hours a day and after 1 hour of playing my eyes become tired and i blinking too much, really, i can't even fc 4.5* map because i cant see map when i'm blinking every second. I do breaks every 1 hour because of this. Is it ok or i need to stop play this game?

bruh chill, take a break, dont play it nonstop.. i do have same problems just take ur time

Have at least 8hours of sleep.

Take a 10min break after you start feeling tired, walk a bit, stretch your body.

Do you think is it because of your brain? Like when you think about the blinking problem you start blinking

It's not because of my brain, i start blinking automatically after playing for about 1 hour. I will try to walk a bit (usually i don't go outside and just play computer games 24/7). thx for the reply.

Maybe you're right, i play so much because now i have holidays and when the holidays are over, i won't be able to play osu even 2 hours a day( thx for the reply.

same. esp with the can't play osu after break part. but yeah I've had to blink more and it could just be bc of lack of sleep and increased stress. might also be due to the high ar, sucks but maybe trying to live healthier and take more breaks could help

having high brightness helps especially if you glue your eyes to the screen. Eye problems might arise though like youd feel your eyes are burning and whatnot if youre not used to it

JUST DONT PLAY 4-8 HOURS. DONT YOU HAVE A LIFE

Your eyes need a break, try to play less than 3 hours max per day. You can increase this limit later when you have more experience with the game
Taiga
eye drops + learn to time your blinks during slow parts, sliders, anything easy really

I feel you, on some maps I just can't keep my eyes open.

Funny story: once I was in the middle of the map, blinked, and forgot to open my eyes. Did not pass the map.

I also start to have blinking problem but I think the reason is my brain

You won't have a blinking problem if you just keep your eyes closed. Channel your mind's eye and remove the need for physical sight.

Or just learn to time your blinks better. Unless you literally meant you blink every 1 second, in which case you should probably give your eyes a rest. Stop staring at your monitor for so long and try going outside. If you live in the northern hemisphere then right now is a great time to touch grass.

drink plenty of water, add more lighting to room if it's a lot darker than your monitor.

I have more or less of the same problem, especially at higher AR maps,

Ways that i personally counter this are:
- lowering my brightness (i play at 40-60% brightness now)
- managing my blinks (blinking more/long enough at the slower pattern/part of the map)
- not making my eyes as tense (don't strain it/fully open it)
- closing my eyes every once in a while after playing some amount of maps

I've heard of people buying humidifiers to help with this but I have no experience with it myself. I just don't blink.

Try Eye drops and drink a lot only other thing that comes to mind is take more breaks?

I had that issue when I started what I guess are now 4~4.5 star maps. Take breaks so you don't hurt your eyes, but also relax as you play. If your blinks are bothering you, you're probably too focused. Stop overthinking it and play more intuitively. At least, that's what worked for me. My blinks never bother me now, even when the map is at the limit of my ability.

you need to rest. your eyes need sleep.

or maybe you can't focus well. blinking is something you always do but not notice. kind of like breathing. if you remember you are blinking that means you lost focus
