How to Avoid Wrist Exhaustion

I'm having a major issue when it comes to playing osu rn and its mostly wrist exhaustion.

I normally like to do grind sessions that would last anywhere from around 4-5 hours however, ever since I began trying to practice DT I've been running into an issue in the form of wrist exhaustion.

Normally I play maps ranging from around 150-185 BPM, however in an attempt to learn DT I began throwing 1.1x and 1.2x on these maps which normally raises it to ~180-220 BPM, and I've noticed that I can't really play for as long as I'm use to as these higher BPM's often strain my wrist within just a couple hours and forces to me stop playing.

Is there anyway to fix this? I wanna improve at osu and obviously I can only do that by playing more but it seems like If I try to throw anything higher than 200 BPM on a map it forces me to end my sessions early due to my wrist getting tired. Is it possible that over time this would go away as I build up stamina and speed? Or am I just doing something wrong with my wrist positioning thats causing me to get fatigued so quickly?

This is normal when you play maps which are out of your comfortzone, It will go away as you build up stamina and speed.
Though dont over do it, fatigue is good but not pain. When you will tired then just take a 30min+ break

Wrist positioning can make you lose your stamina fast but this is a thing which you have to figure out yourself, try different wrist positioning and choose one which feel comfortable

Increase blood flow and nutrition to wrist via excercise and meat. Lots of sleep helps too.

I'm guessing that this is only an issue with your tapping hand (you didn't specify).
So when it comes to training tapping speed and tapping stamina. Understand this:

deathstreams and streams > bursts

Practicing on deathstreams and regular streams will improve your ability to do bursts AND streams.
But if you only play bursts you won't improve your streaming (maybe a little bit).
So practicing streams and deathstreams is more effective.

I actually tried to practice death streaming before, but from my experience that actually exhausts my hand even more. Just a single play on bury me gamma's lowest dif was enough to put my wrist out of action for the rest of the day

That is what i learned from playing pretty much only dt.

1. Dont play speed/stamina maps every day.
2. Your gaming session should last 2-2.5h max if u play speed/stamina, the rest does not give you any benefit.
3. Dont play the game if u are feeling tiredness, weakness in your hand this day, just rest.
4. Stop playing if u are feeling any pain signals.

And generally u should stay healthy : enough sleep, physical activity, walking.

Feeling tired in your hand is a good thing as long as it doesn't hurt, that's how you make progress.

So you didn't regain stamina for an entire day after playing a map? That sounds crazy to me.
Are you talking about feeling exhausted/tired or pain? Because I know I won't be able to play if I play to the point where it starts to hurt. If I play a stamina intensive map I usually regain my stamina after a couple of minutes.

well, I've stepped it down a bit and I have taken advice from emine and learned to take breaks, which do actually help it seems.

well then continue doing that then, it will only go up from here

arm aim/low sens helped me, i got wrist pain from trying to increase sensitivity. easier to keep your wrist in a good position.
