I'm having a major issue when it comes to playing osu rn and its mostly wrist exhaustion.
I normally like to do grind sessions that would last anywhere from around 4-5 hours however, ever since I began trying to practice DT I've been running into an issue in the form of wrist exhaustion.
Normally I play maps ranging from around 150-185 BPM, however in an attempt to learn DT I began throwing 1.1x and 1.2x on these maps which normally raises it to ~180-220 BPM, and I've noticed that I can't really play for as long as I'm use to as these higher BPM's often strain my wrist within just a couple hours and forces to me stop playing.
Is there anyway to fix this? I wanna improve at osu and obviously I can only do that by playing more but it seems like If I try to throw anything higher than 200 BPM on a map it forces me to end my sessions early due to my wrist getting tired. Is it possible that over time this would go away as I build up stamina and speed? Or am I just doing something wrong with my wrist positioning thats causing me to get fatigued so quickly?
