don't play for pp

Play to improve every day.
and play maps daily and in varieties
absorbing experience from them.

and when you want to pass a map completely and you can't
Analyze your mistakes and play again

//

Even if you make many mistakes, if you are persistent and have the confidence, you will go much further and without making mistakes.

and it is normal to make several mistakes to get there.

Do this daily and you will be more consistent.

and if you play with the mentality of improving day by day absorbing new information and learning from mistakes you will improve.

seek to improve and eventually you will be able to do things more easily

when you try to improve you strive with effort you can achieve many things.

Maybe try setting other goals, like passing hard maps, fcing long/techy/weird maps that don't give any pp, or grinding medals.

You can also try focusing on improving a skill like speed, high/low ar reading or a specific mod.

Or you can just take a break, and do something else for a while.

Just play the game and forget about farming for a while. You’ll eventually get a 200 so don’t worry about it. Play longer and different maps and build some consistency. Just revisit some of your top play maps a few weeks later and you’ll probably beat all your old acc. It’s hard to resist the urge to just grind a tv sized map until you get the perfect run, but that has a lot of luck involved and you’re not actually improving much doing that.
Most of my top plays are actually just from one try so i never try grinding for a map. Anyways i think ur advice is good i will try.

I've had a 196pp as my top play for around 1-2 months and at that time I was also struggling to get my first 200pp, which also ended to a burnout. From that point I forgot about my 200 pp goal, played daily without any certain goals, trying to diverse my skillset and the beatmap style that I play, then suddenly I got my first 200pp and it was actually 235 pp, out of nowhere. So just keep playing, it'll eventually arrive.

just don't play for pp during that session. If you are mindblocking just try a different map, one that you have never played before (not any tv size bs) just some generic osu gameplay i guess.
